Armando Spadini a Roma: tra impressioni e Impressionismo.
25 Sept-7 Nov 2010. The exhibition has been organised on the occasion of the restoration of Armando Spadini’s painting Musica al Pincio, on display in this exhibition. Spadini, an open air painter, was influenced by the Macchiaioli and was one of the first Italians to be inspired by French Impressionism. He studied at the Academy in Florence and always considered himself a pupil of Giovanni Fattori but worked for many years in Rome.
