24 June-19 September 2010. The newly restored Hangar Bicocca reopens its 15,000 sqm in what was once the industrial area of Ansaldo with an exhibition dedicated to Christian Boltanski, Carlos Casas and Anselm Kiefer.

The show includes a site-specific installation entitled Personnes by the French artist Boltanski, who focuses on death with a large pile of used clothing that is gradually moved by crane. Casas presents for the first time his new work End, which consists of a series of videos dedicated to remote places around the world including Siberia, Patagonia and Uzbekistan.

Next to these two temporary exhibitions, Hangar Bicocca displays three permanent installations, including Kiefer
