25 Jan-15 Feb 2008. Ennio Bertrand displays three of his best-known pieces of art at Milan's Citibank. The works by this eclectic artist are pictures, sculptures and compositions of light, sound, video and interactive installations of everyday events. Skies are born from precious velvet patchworks of flickering LEDs, or modular panels in fibreglass mimic electronic computer circuits. The installations are interactive spaces where every movement is amplified and translated into sound. Last but not least, Bertrand creates endless images of famous artists from the history of art, sculptures obtained exclusively from computerized systems, which can be endlessly reproduced.
Address Citibank. Via Tommaso Grossi 2, Milan, tel. 02-86474690 Mon-Fri 08.30-13.30; 14.30-16.00.
