International Language Day in Milan

Seven hours in Milan to promote learning and travel.

Swiss-based organisation EF – Education First will offer information, tests, career guidance and a CV clinic to students of every level interested in becoming “world citizens” in a free International Language Day in Milan on 28 October.

Held in the EF offices in Via Borgogna 8, close to Piazza S. Babila, from 10.00 to 17.00, the day is open to all who want to study languages, choose a study vacation, travel to new destinations and make new friends – for a limited time or to start a new life.

Visitors can take the EF SET (Standard English Test) to receive a certificate to add to their CV or to boost their LinkedIn profile.  Virtual reality trips will offer the chance to experience destinations such as New York, London, Oxford and many more around the world.

High-school students can consult experts on opportunities for school-work exchange in other countries, and the Italian culture bonus for 18-year-olds.  University students and young professionals can have the EF staff check their CV for advice on how to best present their experience.

Entry to the initiative is free of charge. Booking is required in advance on the International Language Day website.
