Mashable recommends Expo and Milan

Online news site: “hottest ticket in Italy”.

The prestigious, New York-based online news site Mashable is recommending Milan and Expo 2015 in no uncertain terms.

The widely-read site headlined “What to watch out for at the 2015 world's fair in Milan” in a recent article, and explained how “the most anticipated world fair in decades ... conveniently combines the current global foodie obsession with Italy’s culinary know-how to create a 1.1-million-square-meter city representing 145 countries, three international organizations, and numerous NGOs and corporate partners.”

The richly illustrated article by Rome-based, experienced travel writer Melanie Renzulli goes into enticing detail about the most glamorous pavilions, and doesn’t spare praise for the “amazing architecture” and digital integration of Expo, explaining along the way the role of technology in food production, and rounding off with a word on art and Italian history in the “world fashion capital and home to many artistic treasures” (think Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper”).
