Milan tourism fair opens to visitors

13 Feb. BIT open in Rho fairground.

Italy’s major tourism trade fair BIT Milan 2016 is open to the public all day Saturday 13 February, after two days of trade visitors only.

Professionals from over 100 countries in five continents will be available to answer questions and take bookings, especially in three dedicated areas: single travellers and families, fiancés planning their honeymoon, sport and extreme sport enthusiasts.

The Italy section will concentrate on food and wine holidays, green vacations and regional traditions.

The sport area will include hands-on experience in biking, climbing, horse-riding, diving, slackline sport and golf. Saturday will also see a non-competitive ten-kilometre run with prizes including a packet tour to Thailand.

BIT 2016 is open to the public from 09.30 to 18.00. Details are available on the exhibition website.
