New Ryanair services from Milan starting in autumn
Irish low-cost airline Ryanair has announced new schedules from Milan for autumn 2016, adding direct flights to Belfast in Northern Ireland and Porto in Portugal.
Flights to Belfast will be two a week, starting in October and connecting with Milan’s third airport at Orio al Serio, bringing Ryanair’s total connections from there to 58.
Flights between the tourist destination Porto and Malpensa, will start in September, with 11 flights per week. Porto was awarded the Best European Destinations title in 2012 and 2014.
The airline estimates that the new routes will boost their total of passengers to and from Milan to over 10m per year. To celebrate the initiative, the airline is offering flights across their Europe network starting at €19.99.
