13 March-31 May 2009. The Gnomo Cinema, who has been recently restored and reopened last February, dedicates spring weekends to Japanese movies, horror films, and independent American and European films. This project was developed by two critics from Corriere della Sera and ViviMilano, Alberto Pezzotta e Filippo Mazzarella, who decided to promote the art cinema, not just for film buffs but also for ordinary filmgoers. The programmes start on Fridays with Italian cinema, followed by the contemporary Oriental movies on Saturdays and end with the Japanese ones on Sundays.
