Arnaldo Pomodoro at Milan’s Palazzo Reale

30 Nov-5 Feb. Celebrating the sculptor’s 90th birthday.

Milan celebrates Arnaldo Pomodoro and his 90th year through an itinerary that goes back over the life of the great artist since 1955, with a selection of his most relevant masterpieces: from his works in the museums to the public and private places and for the first time, to the Pietrarubbia Group (1975-2013), a sculpture exhibited in the Piazzetta Reale.

Born in Emilia Romagna, Pomodoro has lived and worked in Milan since 1954. He is arguably best known for his Spheres within spheres works, which are displayed in locations around the world, from the Vatican to California, from Israel to Ireland.

The exhibit is open Monday 14.30-19.30; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 09.30-19.30; Thursday and Sunday 09.30-22.30. It will remain open until 5 February.
