Riding, racing, accessories and road safety.
Bikers will throng the 73rd EICMA world exhibition of motorcycling in Milan’s Rho fairgrounds from Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 November.
Veritable works of art, exquisite hand-crafted bikes, unique pieces, major companies, personalities of international standing and a rock-’n’-roll atmosphere will mark the popular area reserved for customization.
Now in its third edition, after eight rounds held at different Italian locations in the course of the year, the Lady Custom Bike Contest will crown the winner during the exhibition.
With the Occhio alle 2 Ruote campaign, the ANCMA motorcycle manufacturers’ association will be present to confirm what organisers term its long-term commitment to road safety. It aims to improve the level of awareness of two-wheel vehicle (bicycles, scooters and motorcycles) riders on the part of the drivers of other types of vehicle, as well as get people thinking about road safety.
For the second year in a row, EICMA will also host a temporary bikers’ shop to offer products by major brands at bargain prices. The goods sold range from clothes to handbags, from helmets to tyres, and even parts and components.
