20 April-6 May 2012. Fnac pays homage to Fidel Castro with this exhibition, which displays a series of illustrations by the emerging German cartoonist Reihard Kleist. Kleist’s dynamic and engaging drawings tell the story of the rise and decline of the Caribbean island and its controversial politics, focusing especially on the charismatic and contradictory Cuban revolutionary dictator. His black-and-white works capture bloody skirmishes, expressive faces and crowd scenes.
