Festival dell’Oriente returns to Milan

1-3 Feb. At Milano City fairgrounds.

The colours, sounds and perfumes of Asia will fill the pavilions of Fiera Milano City from 1 to 3 February as the Festival dell’Oriente returns to the city.

Photo exhibitions, bazaars, sales stands, typical foods, traditional ceremonies, natural medicine, concerts, dance, martial arts and more will entice the enthusiasts for Asian culture.

Visitors can try scores of traditional medicines and cures in the sector dedicated to health and wellness. Holistic therapy, bio natural disciplines, yoga, theta healing, meditation and massage will be among the more exotic themes.

And for the enthusiasts for Asian cuisine, the restaurants will offer meals from the traditions of India, China, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Nepal, Rajasthan, Sri Lanka, Burma and Tibet.

The festival is open from 10.30 to 22.30 each day, entry fee €12.  The entrance is at Gate 4 on Viale Lodovico Scarampo, five minutes on foot from Portello metro station.
