17 April-20 June 2010. Castello Sforzesco pays homage to Italian cuisine on the occasion of the 80th birthday of Italian chef Gualtiero Marchesi. The exhibition, displayed in the Sale Viscontee, is divided into seven themed sections dedicated to Marchesi and the Italian culture of wine and food. The display includes works by artists who have had a direct relationship with the Milanese chef, as well as by those who have inspired Marchesi in the creation of his dishes such as Lucio Fontana, Alberto Burri, Piero Manzoni, Giancarlo Vitali, Velasquez, Enrico Baj, Hsiao Chin and Salvatore Sava.
