14 Feb-7 Mar 2008. The Mudima Foundation presents this exhibition, curated by Achille Bonito Oliva, in homage to Marinellia Pirelli. The artist was born in Verona in 1925 and has experimented with different disciplines and expressive means: from painting to experimental cinema, from video to photography. In all her works the artist gives great importance to light, its colour, luminous diffraction, movement and perception. Some installations here, metal frames, called Meteore, contain a play of moving lights, which create circles, ellipsis and geometrical figures forming a labyrinth of light, where the viewer is no longer a passive onlooker. To conclude the exhibition is the latest cycle of the artist
