“MeetMeTonight” at Milan’s Science Museum

30 Sept-1 Oct. European Researchers’ Night.

Milan joins over 250 cities from across Europe and beyond on 30 September and 1 October to celebrate the European Commission-sponsored 11th European Researchers’ Night.

The event is a chance to meet the heroes of science - the researchers from different disciplines whose fascinating work can change our lives – and with family, friends, your school or on your own, become a scientist for a day, participate in science activities and, most of all, have fun.

From black holes in space to 3D printing, from computer hacking to psychology, researchers will be on hand to explain and inform, field questions and demonstrate their work.

The totally free event is spread over two locations: the Science and Technology Museum dedicated to Leonardo in Via San Vittore, and the Indro Montanelli Gardens in Corso Venezia. It runs from 15.30 until late in the night on Friday, including free access to the museum, and all day and evening Saturday, accompanied by concerts and a display of contemporary dance.

Pick the most exciting meetings, performances, exhibits and activities to take part in from the calendar published on the MeeMeTonight website.
