Milan Fashion Week opens

Milan Fashion Week – officially entitled Milano Moda Donna – starts on Wednesday in Italy’s fashion capital, bringing 64 events to show off 143 collections, in or around Piazza Mercanti, the city’s new fashion hub.
For enthusiasts unable to attend any of the shows, they will be broadcast on mega-screens at several points around the city, as well as on the website of the Italian National Chamber of Fashion, hosts of the event.
A calendar of all the shows, day by day, is available on this page of the Chamber’s website.
Milano Moda Donna is the most prestigious event organized by the Chamber, with its two yearly appointments and a network of thousands of field operators that work to make this great event perfect. The women’s collection shows are the most awaited moment of the international fashion system.
