23 Oct. The new collections by master jewellers and goldsmiths will sparkle in Milan’s central Palazzo dei Giureconsulti in Via Mercanti 2 from Friday 23 October.
An event in the Expo Milano 2015 programme, the Maestri del Gioiello exhbition will offer free entry for all three days.
Exhibits by craftsmen from all over Italy will include items created for the competition Jacopo da Trezzo Prize, named for the famous 16th-century jeweller who worked at the courts of Philip II of Spain and Mary I of England.
Visitors will also be able to request an estimate of the value of their own jewels, along with expert advice.
