Milan’s Modern Art Museum hold kids’ day

20 Feb. Special studio for “museum puppies”.

The Milan municipal Gallery of Modern Art will hold a “studio for museum puppies” on Saturday afternoon 20 February dedicated to the very young.

The concept is to discover how even a museum can be an extraordinary place full of discoveries, of enchantment, wonder and fun. Located right next to the Indro Montanelli public gardens at Porta Venezia, the museum and its grounds contain flowers, plants and animals to admire, painted or sculpted by many famous artists – and the children will be taught to paint and model them themselves.

The studio opens at 15.30 for kids from 3 to 6 years old. Booking is obligatory: call 02 454 874 00 or 02 884 459 47 or

Entry costs €10 per child; accompanying adults pay only the museum entrance charge.
