Run in Milan to beat breast cancer

17 June. Five or ten kilometre course.

Runners, male and female, experts or novices, will take part in the Lierac Beauty Run on Saturday to support the Veronesi Foundation and its “Pink is GOOD” campaign to defeat breast cancer.

Starting in the Beauty Village in the Civic Arena in the Sempione Park in the cool of the evening, the run itself will be preceded by a programme of activities from 10.00. Throughout the day, beauty tips, workshops, massages, pilates and piloxing and children's activities will prepare for the warm-up and the run itself, with the starting pistol at 21.00.

After the prize awards for the winning runners, the party will go on until midnight with dancing and DJ sets.

The inscription for participants includes a €5 donation to the Veronesi Foundation programme. Inscription costs €17 for adults, €9 for youngsters under 14 and €3 for kids up to 7 years old, and also includes a race bag, a number bib, a beauty kit, insurance cover and medical assistance.

Enthusiasts must register on the race website by 16 June.
