29 Jan-14 March 2009. This exhibition focuses on the close relationship between rock music, born in the United States in the 1950s, and informal painting, pop art and street art, which was born in the same period and spread very quickly all over the world. On display are 20 canvases by George Mueller, Vivian de Pinna, Mario Garcia, Kapp, J Serry, Dean Fleming, Liberman, Pat Adams, Jamie Dalglish, Allen Harrison, Michael Scott, Thomas Maennl, Kimura. Next to each work is the cover of a successful LP from the same year. Various artistic movements, which developed from Rock and from Pop Art, are analyzed in the exhibition.
